HQW Precision and Barden at the AMB trade show: Precision-fit spindle bearings for maximum performance and reliability in machine tools and metalwork applications

Hall 2, Stand E48

Long operating life, extreme corrosion resistance and suitability for the highest speeds: HQW and Barden will showcase spindle ball bearings, high precision ball bearings and bearing assemblies at the AMB trade show (September 13-17, Messe Stuttgart, Germany). The companies develop and manufacture spindle bearings from 3 mm inner diameter to 180 mm outer diameter. As a special feature, HQW will present spindle bearings with non-contact seals made of fluororubber (FKM), which offer maximum precision and low wear even under high temperatures. This makes them ideally suited for the requirements in machine tools and metalworking.

HQW's spindle ball bearings are developed and manufactured at the Kürnach site near Würzburg, Germany, in a state-of-the-art production facility. This enables fast and flexible delivery of precisely fitting bearings configured according to individual specifications with the best available quality and performance. The production is carried out according to the highest tolerance standards and in accuracy classes up to ABEC9 or P2. All bearings are assembled, greased and capped in a class 7 clean room and are 100 percent noise tested. The result is maximum reliability and durability.

HQW Precision and its partner company The Barden Corporation are market leaders in high precision bearings in Europe. The product portfolio includes customized high-end bearings and assemblies used by leading companies in the aerospace industry, high-speed machine tool spindles, robotics and critical medical systems, among others. HQW supports its customers with comprehensive services - from the design and engineering of suitable bearing systems to comprehensive testing and analysis in its own state-of-the-art laboratory.
